As of November, 2023, there are currently four states where online casino gambling, including online slots, is legal and regulated: Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Connecticut, and Delaware. In the United States, online gambling laws are regulated on a state-by-state basis, with some states allowing online gambling while others do not.
